Sofia Property Management Ltd is maintaining a residential complex "Edelweiss" of closed type in Boyana district. The complex consists of two main residential buildings with underground parking, store premises, security guards, sauna premises, and a place for relaxation and playground for kids. Our company is taking care of the convenience, comfort, relaxation and security of the people living in our complex. We are available for our customers at any time. We offer a broad package of services in the area of the maintenance and management of the common areas in the complex. Implementing the basic methods of the facility management, we turned the complex into a prefectly working system.
