• Periodical check and inspection of the technical installations, including electro installations, lifts, anti-fire systems, gas, water and drainage systems
• Subscription for annual maintenance of the equipments in the complex
• Repairs of items in the electrical and water and drainage systems in the common areas
• Maintenance and repairs of items, connected with the mail boxes, phone systems on the doors of the entrance halls, windows and doors in the common areas of the complex
• Reports for the common areas expenses, payment of the monthly bills for the exploitation companies – electricity, water, and so on
